FAQs
How often should I train?
We recommend 3 times a week or more for growth. Twice a week would be considered maintenance. Only training once a week or less (in anything) would be difficult to see any gains or improvement.
I'm a beginner, do I need any previous experience to start classes?
No previous experience is required. All of our classes are beginner friendly. Learn at your own pace until you feel ready to join with the rest of the class. We work with you from the ground up.
Do you offer classes in Toronto?
Check out Casa De Bamba located a 1069 St. Clair Ave West! The offer classes 7 days a week for all ages. You can also visit their site at www.bambatoronto.com
What is tricking?
Tricking is a training discipline that combines kicks with flips and twists from gymnastics as well as many dance moves and styles from breakdancing. It aims to achieve an aesthetic display of different combinations of "tricks".
How do I cancel a booking?
To cancel your booking open up the confirmation email you received when you made the booking and click on the cancel link. You may need to check your spam folder. Please note that all cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled booking or a $20 cancellation fee will be applied to your account.
