Yes! We have developed classes for all fitness levels. Whatever you set your mind to do your body will follow with determination. All of our classes are friendly and welcoming, we strive to keep all of our students comfortable

If you show up 5 minutes after class has started you may be denied entry. It is very difficult for the instructor to manage and teach when students are showing up late. It can also be dangerous to you if your miss our mandatory 15 minute warm up. Injuries are much more likely to happen when muscles haven't had the chance to be properly warmed up prior to physical activity

If less than 3 participants are registered or if an instructor is sick and can't find a substitution we may need to cancel classes from time to time. Check the schedule frequently! We will email, text or call if any cancellations occur

If you have never taken an aerial or pole fit class you will need to start in beginner, fundamentals or level 1. If you have taken classes elsewhere you will need to do a quick evaluation prior to registering to ensure we have you in the class that is best suited for you (please contact us to book an evaluation if this is the case)!
