What is Irish Dance?

Irish dance took the world by storm with the inception of Riverdance, and later, Lord of the Dance. Since the popularization of those two incredible shows, Irish dance quickly became popular across the globe and has evolved to become a sport in its own right. With its rich history, vibrant culture, beautiful music, artistry, athleticism and intricate footwork, there is no other art form quite like it.

What is the Time Commitment?

At the beginner level, dancers typically attend classes once per week for up to one hour. As dancers progress, the time commitment increases. At the advanced level, the time commitment is typically 3 days per week, up to two hours per class.

What are the Costs?

Costs at the beginner level range from $50-$65 per month depending on age of dancer and time spent in the studio. There is a small registration fee, and costume rental fee. As dancers progress, and time spent in the studio increases, monthly amounts typically range from $200-$300.

What are the Fundraising Commitments?

We understand that parents and families are busier than ever, which is why we do not have any commitments for fundraising. We work hard to provide affordable class options without having to spend hours working bingos or selling chocolates. We do occasionally ask for assistance in arranging performance opportunities and team building events to help make them amazing, but our expectations of time commitment are minimal.
