The Summer is here. You probably have a lot going on. The kids are out of school so you have to make sure they stay busy. You are probably so busy keeping them occupied that you forgot about you. Here are 3 ways to think about you during the summer 1 Make sure you are starting your day off with a healthy breakfast. This will help you have the energy to keep up with your kids. The best type of breakfast consist of a protein, healthy fats, and veggies. 2 Get a massage to fight back on stress. The kids are home so this may be causing you extra stress. By getting a massage it will be a good way to fight back on stress and allow your body to relax. 3 Taking a bath at least once a week is another way to help you relax, improve your sleep, and fight back on stress. 4 Make sure you go for walks daily. Taking a walk every day is a good way for you to get out of the house, enjoy the weather, and take in some Vitamin D. If you are able to do this first thing in the morning it's also a great way to reset your Body's Clock which will improve your sleep. I hope these tips will help you during this busy summer.
