Fitness Gym in Leaside. “The club I play for is based on their community spirit and support, which I love. This, mixed with our inner team culture and genuine passion to push each other to get better everyday is the best part of team sport and part of why I love the F45 community.” - Cameron Murray "My personal journey into the NRL was definitely not easy, but I feel like it’s taught me valuable lessons along the way–especially lessons to do with training and creating good habits. I love being able to rock up with my mates each day–either at practice or an F45 class–and have something to improve on and get better." - Ryan Papenhuyzen...
