FAQs
What do I wear?
Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing such as track or yoga pants, T-shirts, and sweatshirts that do not restrict movement. You need to be in bare feet. Please do not wear shorts that are too loose or too short. We are air-conditioned in the summer.
What do I do when I arrive?
Many participants enjoy having quiet time before class to rest and relax. Please respect those around you and limit conversation to a minimum before and during class. Try to arrive ten to fifteen minutes early to prepare for class.
What should I do if I arrive late or need to leave early?
If you enter the class during the beginning relaxation, please join the class quietly. If you have to leave the class early, please let your teacher know ahead of time and take a few minutes to lie down and relax before you go.
Can I eat before coming to class?
It is best to practice yoga on a relatively empty stomach to avoid discomfort. It is recommended to eat a light meal at least a couple of hours before class. You are welcome to bring a bottle of water to class if you wish.
Can I make up classes if I miss them?
You can make up classes during the current session. If you cannot make up the classes within the current session, you can carry over up to 3 classes as extra classes providing the following session is paid for in full. If you have an irregular schedule and need more flexibility you can make up the classes within 6 months of the current session. Make up classes cannot be applied to workshops, retreats, or holistic wellness services.

We now have a Prenatal Yoga on Fridays at noon! With three classes each and every week we have a time for everyone to join us at least once a week while pregnant! Classes are at 7.30pm on Tuesday and Thursdays and all classes are available in person or on Zoom allowing you to join us wherever is more comfortable for you! No equipment is needed as we have everything you need for each class but you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you would prefer.
