This includes Mountain Pose, Forward Fold, Plank, Chaturanga, Cobra or Up Dog, Downward Facing Dog only. Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is a meditative practice that connects the body, the mind. This practice is suitable for all, and you are invited to go at your own pace. Students will be guided throughout the practice & it will take approximately 90 minutes + Savasana When we start to drill down into our human form we continue to find the number 108 over and over again. The practice of 108 Sun Salutations is believed to generate an internal heat, or “fire,” that detoxifies and brings you closer to your inner self. It activates Prana, or upward energy, moving energy and emotions that may be stuck.
