Introducing RMT Dynamic Manual Therapy Sessions: Combining the art of massage with the science of movement, Matt is bringing together his expertise in massage therapy and 20 years experience as a strength & conditioning coach to offer an evolutionary approach to massage therapy designed to provide pain relief, improved mobility, and enhanced sport performance. What does a session look like? The RMT Dynamic Therapy Session includes hands-on manual therapy techniques like you would normally find in a massage session with Matt. However it also allows him to integrate joint mobility enhancement and strength-building exercises into a session. It's designed to address pain, improve mobility, and enhance sport performance. Initial sessions (60 min) include a personalized assessment and a mix of hands-on therapy and movement exercises. FAQs

How long is my membership valid?

All memberships are valid for a one (1) year term and renewal is required annually in the anniversary month of purchase when a participant is still enrolled in programming at our facility.

Do you allow make ups for missed classes?

Due to child/class/coach ratios, safety and the structure of our programs, make up classes are NOT offered. By registering for a program, the class spot is secured for the participant, whether they attend or not.

What is the facility like?

Our gym is just over 11,000 square feet. 3000 of this is dedicated to offices, washrooms, a change room, multipurpose room and a viewing lounge. 8000 square feet is dedicated to the gymnastics space. Our state of the art facility is filled with the latest training devices, including one huge foam pit, two in-ground trampolines, a 40 foot tumble track and various other apparatus including rings, bars, parallel bars, floor exercise, balance beams and Just For Kids preschool sized equipment, all supplied by our official equipment partner, Speith America.
