Our classes are taught by qualified black belt instructors of 3rd Dan and above, with teaching experience around the world. Our great programs include: Youth jiu-jitsu (ages 8 to 14) Fridays and Sundays 7:30pm to 8:30pm Teen and adult jiu-jitsu (ages +14) Friday and Sunday 7:30pm to 9:30pm Kenjutsu (Japanese swordsmanship) ages +14 Friday and Sunday 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
