I had ICBC physiotherapy and an active Rehab session at TSF, and I must say, they have the best exercise therapy program in town.
I had tried other studios before and realized I was so close to injuring myself because no one took the time to explain.
The physio therapists and trainers are all very knowledgeable and professional but above all, they are able to keep her constantly engaged and motivated.
Be prepared to give ALL your effort though, Pilates is not easy & the exercise class will remind you that you have muscles in places you didn't realize can ache.
Was experiencing knee and hip flexor pain due to hip imbalance and did a combination of physiotherapy and Pilates to treat it - the staff are super knowledgeable and supportive and the program they put me on eliminated my pain in just a few weeks.
I just purchased another 24 session group package, and I'm excited to see more improvement in the next few months!
She not only warmly answers my questions but also explains things at a level that I can understand, which I truly appreciate.
I gained a lot of weight and experienced back pain after pregnancy, but now I am pain-free and regaining my pre-pregnancy body shape (I even think it's better with their well-guided exercise program).
We have been doing physiotherapy, fitness personal training and Pilates and have noticed improvements in our stamina, mobility and with our form for a lot of exercises.
Exercising with my teacher over the years has not only improved my upper back pain, but also adjusted my posture for even better.
