How many sessions would I need with a Personal Trainer?
The number of sessions will vary depending on your goals and how many sessions you would require. We offer a complimentary consultation to determine which package would be best for you to achieve your results!
How much does personal training cost?
The range is $60-$75 per session for One-on-One training and $25-$45 per session for partner and group personal training. The Group personal training would also depend on the number of people per group.
Will a personal trainer set me up with an at-home type workout?
Yes our goal at Success Fitness is to not only coach you to achieve your goals, but you educate you on technique, form and overall health and most importantly how to become independent and confident to do future at home workouts once you feel ready!
