What amenities do you have?
At solis movement we have 2 changerooms. They include showers, restroom, filtered water bottle refill station, cubbies and hangers to put your belongings.
Are the classes okay for beginners?
Yes - our teachers are trained to be inclusive of all yoga and fitness levels. We recommend trying our special introductory offer of 30 days unlimited classes so you can try them all and see what works best for you!
What should I wear to class?
Wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move around in, such as lightweight, breathable materials that absorb sweat and dry quickly. Leggings, shorts, tank tops, and t-shirts are all great options for hot yoga and fitness.
Do you have an intro offer?
Yes! Available for a limited time only, you will be eligible for an introductory welcome special. $78 for 30 days of unlimited classes! simply [purchase] and book your first class.
Are there any changing rooms, lockers or restrooms?
Yes, we have 2 changerooms, cubbies for your belongings and 3 restrooms. due to the current covid-19 measurements, we have a policy that a mask must be worn at all times when in the changing rooms.
