Trained with Carl for over a while now and I have to say he’s the best trainer I’ve encountered, tailors every workout to my goals and nothing was ever boring or monotonous, he’s a great guy too, but purely on a training level I couldn’t recommend Athletic EDG highly enough.
I have gotten stronger training with Carl, and there are always a few laughs, with the nudges to improve.
These last 8 months have been very challenging, but he’s always found a spot for us to workout and never complain about our needing to reschedule.
Carl is an expert at crafting bespoke training plans which often include valuable insights into nutrition and lifestyle choices.
I trained along side with one of my closest friends for these past 5 years and we both trained through our pregnancies with him and post babies and his knowledge and expertise always put me at ease knowing I was in good hands and making the modifications we needed to make along the way.
