Kaiut Yoga for nighttime numbnessnnBefore I started practicing Kaiut Yoga, I would wake up several times in the night, pretty much every night, because one of my arms was going numb. I would change my position, go back to sleep and wake up a while later because my other arm was going numb. In the morning the area between my shoulder blades would be really aggravated. nnI only just realized Kaiut Yoga completely resolved that! Due to a nasty flu bug I haven't had the energy to practice for the past three weeks and now that nighttime problem is back. nnTime to push my body a wee bit and get back to my regular practice!
