FAQs

I have never done yoga before, will I be able to take the class?

All levels are welcome to attend any of our classes. We suggest having a look at the class description and finding a class that suits your needs. We recommend starting with a warm foundations or hatha class.

How does yoga help me?

Although many forms of exercise provide a wonderful physical workout, yoga can be a therapeutic system that helps heal injuries, improve chronic illness, and balance mental stress.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, please! It is important to book your class in advance to ensure you get into class, as we are not accepting drop-ins at this time. Please review our updated booking policies.

How early do I need to come?

Doors now will open 20 minutes prior to class start time. Please note that doors may lock once class starts so please make sure you do not arrive late, we won't be able to let you in!

Is it okay to eat before I come?

It's okay to eat, you know your body best. Having said that, it's not advisable to eat a huge meal right before class. If you need some energy and haven't eaten all day, try for lighter fare. If you're eating a larger meal, give yourself 2-3 hours to digest, especially before attending a hot flow class. The heat makes for unpleasant full belly grumbles.
