Am I too old / young to take Martial Arts ?
Martial Arts training is for everyone. If you enjoy a brisk walk and can carry your groceries without breathing heavily, you can take martial arts lessons. If children know their right hand from their left hand and can follow instructions they are ready for karate - usually 4 or 5 years old.
How much do lessons cost?
All students are required to take the quick start program for $39.95. The purpose of the course is to let you try 2 classes and earn your white belt for karate practitioners. After these classes you are ready to enter the group classes at an average cost of $135 per month depending on the program you choose.
Which style is the best Martial Art?
We believe all martial arts are equally good. The important point for beginners is to find a school that is conveniently located, where you feel comfortable. You want to feel that the teaching staff cares about you. The mood of the classes should be upbeat and positive.
