How much do your services cost?

New Driver Education Course: $650.00 Defensive Driving Course: $100.00 Private Lessons: $70.00 per hour Roadtest Package: $100.00 All prices already include tax!

What if I need to cancel?

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If you need to reschedule an in-car lesson please try to give us as much notice as possible. We generally require 24 hours notice minimum so that we can fill the spot in. We are lenient but if a student repeatedly cancels without proper notice there is a potential charge of $20 for any additional late cancellations.

How do private lessons work?

We can meet/end in most of HRM most days of the week. Availability varies throughout the year. Students should have basic driving knowledge already - if a brand new driver it is strongly recommended to take our full New Driver Education Course.

What is the Roadtest Package?

If not needing the full course but needing a car for the roadtest this would be your option. Students are picked up 60 minutes prior to test to allow warmup. They must arrange a ride home from AccessNS after test. This package can only be bought by those who have been assessed by one of our instructors with at least one private lesson.

When can I start driving?

For NDEC the driving will usually begin 2-4 weeks after you complete the online theory portion. Time of year and demand may affect this. Theory must be completed before driving begins. There is no driving involved for the 6 hour DDC course.
