FAQs
What should I do if my plants arrive damaged?
Although we try our best in each step to best protect your plants, some damages may occur during transportation. Simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by replying to your order confirmation email, we will sort it out for you.
Can I cancel my workshop booking?
If purchased within 30 days of an event, a refund is available within 48 hours of booking and 24 hours before the workshop start time. Thereafter, an alternative date may be selected.
Is it safe to ship plants in winter?
Packed with care, we check the destination weather for each package to make sure they arrive safely with whatever it takes. We may hold off on the order if there are extreme cold weather conditions. Complimentary heat packs and insulations are included to protect your plants from cold damage if shipped in a box, if weather requires. Some stresses are always expected when ship a plant, but with good light and proper watering, they will bounce back very soon.
When can I pick up the piece I made?
They usually will be ready in about 1 - 2 week. We will send you an email to the email address used in the booking. You can come to pick it up anytime after that.
What if I missed my local delivery?
If you missed your delivery for the first time, your order will be put back to the delivery queue waiting to be delivered again, that's usually within 2 - 4 days for Toronto core delivery areas or up to 7 days for other areas. If you missed the delivery for the second time, a redelivery charge applies to have them delivered again. If cancel order after a delivery has been attempted, a $15 delivery charge will be applied for each attempt.
