What an amazing facility and staff, I highly recommend this to any and all that would benifit from his decades of skill and experiences.
The membership I have gives me access to Cardio Kickboxing and Core Conditioning classes that happen 9 times per week Monday-Saturday both in the morning and the evenings.
Both James and Rachael do a great job running the corefit workouts and they make them very accessible to anyone who hasn't done it before or hasn't in a while - I hadn't worked out in a couple years before coming here and I was able to get right back into it after a few classes.
The facility will appeal to a wide range of people, offering weights, cardio and corefit classes as well as traditional martial arts instruction.
