
I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and labor doula. I have a passion for helping women and mothers find ways to fit fitness into their lives so that they can feel stronger from the inside out. I also love encouraging women find their way out of the typical fitness pressures to punish themselves and be smaller rather than celebrating who they are. I believe that by combining community, mental health wellness and fitness we can become stronger and more empowered together.
