You don't have to be fit or flexible to practice this style of yoga. Everyone is welcome and can work according to their own ability and still achieve the same result, because the group energy will carry them through. Another very important difference from all other yoga styles is that we work with our eyes closed, which helps to go deep within and work with your own energy instead of being distracted, by comparing yourself to others.

I've attended many classes and considered this one of the best.
The studio feels like such a safe space, and I love the option for in person and virtual.
Within minutes I fell in love with the practice and felt absolute joy and peace in my heart.
She knows how to push me but knows when to be soft with me at the same time (I often give up so I need a teacher who pushes me).
The community here welcomed me warmly to the class and I was pleasantly surprised to have been offered homemade tea afterwards.
