At Brampton BJJ we specialize in teaching those with zero experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Every new student is paired up with one of our experienced first day instructors. These instructors will get you started with some of the basic fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. These lessons are typically one on one lessons (sometimes they may be two or three new students with one first day instructor) and they're completely free. During these classes, you will do a light warm up, learn some basic movements, basic techniques, etiquette/rules, and you'll even get the chance to try some light sparring rounds with one of our senior students. This is never mandatory; however, this is a ton of fun, very safe, and a great practical way to test out your new moves! Contact us for a free two week trial that includes a free first day lesson, and free loaner uniform.
