La machine Annie-Pier! Tu as déjà vu l’une de ses transformations passées suite à une petite prise de masse qu’on avait fait durant l’hiver. Au mois de mars, on a pris la décision d’entamer une ‘’cut’’ et on peut dire que ça très bien été! En plus d’avoir définitivement une plus grosse masse musculaire! 🤯 Mais ce n'est pas facile comme ça. Annie-pier fait partie d’une rare d’exception. Il faut toujours que je la retienne un peu pour ne pas qu’elle manque la courbe qui arrive et prenne le champ. Elle est définitivement une ‘’high achiever’’ et veut toujours plus. Parfois, elle joue 3 parties de dek, fait 4 workouts, 1 game de balle et travaille plus de 40h par semaine… À tous ceux qui disent ne pas avoir le temps, prenez exemple sur Annie-Pier. 👊 Toute l’équipe du Centre Jetfuel est fière de toi!
