Un dojo privé avec une ambiance moderne où l'on explore toutes les facettes des arts-martiaux : Auto-défense, combat au sol, armes, gestion émotionnelle. Nous enseignons les principes de la Science du Combat du Ninjutsu. Ceci est possible parce que la Formule Shinobi est une équation (ou plus exactement un processus) qui représente le ninpo taijutsu (les mouvements du corps du ninja). Cette formule n'enseigne pas un programme, elle enseigne comment s'entraîner, apprendre et explorer les arts martiaux. Comment se déplacer en fonction de la gravité, comment unifier son corps pour en faire une arme des plus efficaces. Prends en charge ton stress, ta sécurité et ta santé physique et émotionnelle!
