Come ready to WORK and let your body go! Dances are rooted in hip hop, funk, girly hip hop, jazz, and ballet technique. We strut, we body roll, we twerk, we shuffle, we do it all!   SHiNE has a library of choreographed  dances which rotate every week. We will learn combos and repeat them over and over so you can rock them out more and more confidently week to week! This is an accessible class which offers options and modifications for simplicity and intensity.  Come learn how to connect with the music and find your expression on the dance floor!
