We (mother-son duo, Sara & Josh Maveety) founded UFIT in 2015 and in 2021, brought on our family friend Jules Fournier as a business partner. As a family business, we extend our family values to all our clients and love to host socials, fundraisers and throw big summer & holiday parties. Whether you're seeking personal training, fitness classes, athletic training, clinical services or simply wish to shop at our lululemon boutique, we're here to greet you with a smile (or a friendly bark from Marvin & Eddy). From the moment I walked through their doors 3 years ago, I was warmly welcomed by the owners, trainers and staff and instantly felt like a part of their fitness family.
