Tati is an amazing person and consummate professional.
She has helped me go from hip tendonitis and a lot of pain to hiking and biking pain free with only 4 sessions.
She starts with a thorough assessment and then works on releasing tension, increasing mobility, re-activating “sleepy” muscles, and then building strength.
It was painful for many years and prevented me from doing activities I like (running, playing soccer, snowboarding)
Her scientific approach to training and tips allowed me to reach the goals that I wished for.
As a senior competitive swimmer tennis player, I have had many fitness trainers in my life but none have given me the variety and maintained my interest as much as Tatiana has.
