In the past, I have felt dismissed, pushed in ways that make no sense, not had exercises monitored, appointments rushed, and plenty of new injuries through treatment making me reluctant to even try anymore.
She was very thorough and thoughtful with my history and took the time to make me feel comfortable with the process.
