Surya Montréal
My first trip to India with Surya changed my life. Back in my country, my life had been evolving slowly and surely, for the best. .. On my second trip, I really discovered India; and during my third trip, I began to truly understand India. These trips to India not only opened my eyes to the need of human beings to more love and altruism, but also opened my heart, and sown me the inspiration and courage to contribute to a better world! Excellent place to practice Ashtanga yoga, the place is very pleasant, clean and relaxing and there is a real friendly climate.

Very nice team, attentive and professional teachers.
Amazing team, lovely studio and great teaching, which helped me a lot with breathing and flexibility!
Afterwards, by registering for the courses, I found different aspects in each teacher: Claudette's deep knowledge, Bernhard's calm communicator during meditations, Dominic's kindness and of course Manon's precision.
The place, the teachers, the participants, everything is perfect and the practice could not be more pleasant.
Great discovery of these Taijiquan classes, great welcome, beautiful premises and Claudette teaches this art very well, which she masters well and communicates easily with everyone, initiated or beginner!
5 stars + for the quality of teaching, the super educational workshops, for the beautiful light in the studio and its cleanliness.
