After a few sessions, I realized I had parked any stress content as I entered the room and my body processed it for me through her manipulation of connective tissues and her gentle and very specific directions for breathing and relaxing through the movements.

I'm already seeing positive changes in my body and energy levels, and I'm excited to continue this journey with her.
