The Muse Movement Brick and Mortar Studio is housed on land that has been cared for by the Anishinaabe Nation and the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, the Senecas, the Huron-Wendat, the Petun, and most recently the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nations. As a studio that is made up of settlers, we recognize that our presence upholds legacies of colonialism. We commit to learning about the treaties and agreements that govern this land. The spaces from which we teach virtually are also on occupied Turtle Island land. We encourage you to visit native-land. ca to learn more about the history of the land you are moving with us on.

Definitely one of my favourite studios in the city.
She also gave suggestions for easier moves if it was too difficult, and she gave verbal instructions if you needed to fix your form, which was very helpful.
So happy to be able to do mat classes with Leslie again!
The studio is very nice and calming
It’s been a couple of months since joining and I can tell I’m getting a bit stronger each time.
I have improved my flexibility and range of motion, and I leave feeling rejuvenated and pumped after each session.
Classes are a great size and instructors are all friendly and helpful, wish this was closer to my house so I could go more often and wish they had a monthly unlimited membership
I really appreciate the small class sizes.
During mid class Alywnn told us to switch to another position without explaining the detailed movements (with only cuing the name of the position), I was struggling to find the right form yet she walked up to me and said something very disrespectful and rude: “you don’t even know what I’m talking about do you “, mind you I was only 1 month into reformer Pilates
The vibe was nice, the building had historic importance so there were many other classes ongoing, like sketch dance etc.
