Mukti Studio acknowledges that we are on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples, and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples. Our studio is located in South Etobicoke as such we would like to acknowledge the original caretaker of this land. The name “Etobicoke” originates with the Mississauga First Nation, which called Etobicoke Creek, and the area around it “Adobigok”, meaning “where the alders grow. ”

Lots of class options in a peaceful, zen and inviting atmosphere.
Immaculately clean, inspiring decor, wonderful teachers/ community, and an energy in-studio that is out of this world.
I usually feel intimidated as I am still a beginner at yoga but this class felt warm and comforting.
