The breathwork is accompanied by a curated shamanic soundtrack and vocal guidance by me through varied breathing techniques and cadences to dive deep into the subconscious mind and release stuck or stagnant energy out from the body, completing a full release of trauma and old thought patterns. We seal the ceremony with a soothing sound bath to come back into the body with ease and grace.
