Adrienne Fader - “I had the pleasure of meeting Adrienne back in 2018. Adrienne was shy, kind, and nervous - she approached me timidly but with an obvious passion towards figuring out the horse show world. In 2019, Adrienne surprised me at the first show of the season to come and watch and see what the CEZ is all about. She continued to impress me all season long - she spent the entire 2019 season learning, excelling, and being a great friend. She entered the horse show world with no prior knowledge and spent the whole year asking questions, taking risks, and learning. Eventually, Adrienne became a friendly face to not just myself, but to everyone around the show grounds. Now by 2021, she is a role model to younger riders at her barn. She continues to push herself and take on challenges that others may be too afraid of, and she never hesitates to take calculated risks. She cheers on not only her teammates, but anyone who is feeling down, feeling like giving up, or just needing a quick thumbs up before going into the ring. Her horse Piper has regained his trust in her that he is excited to job again and actually is taking her to the jobs with keenness. With her team, she is the first person to lend a hand and polish boots before they go into the show ring, or help a teammate untack their horse whether they had a good or bad round.
