I think that the combination of the yoga classes + the workshop (and of course an excellent medical staff) were responsible that I had an unforgettably beautiful childbirth experience, so if you are pregnant you won't regret to take them.

Not only this practice brings me a supreme joy and well-being, but it also fulfills my need for a deeper spiritual connection, as well as a whole mental universe into which I'me eager to dive each and every time.

You really don't ''go hard'', but being someone who is typically active, I was surprised at how little movement it takes when you're pregnant to feel like you're challenging your body!

I have been a long-time student of Clearlight’s and have participated in her mindful, pregnancy and mom-and-baby classes.

I enjoy the time in the class and hope my baby girl will develop this mindful habit when she is older...

Cleatlight's prenatal yoga class was my favorite after trying a few different ones aroud town.

Learned some great post delivery exercises to do for my recovery and some massage techniques that my baby loves.

Even though I had my babe with me in the yoga class, it felt like a break, and it was great connecting with other moms.

The prenatal partner class was perfect to learn more about labour and prepare for it, and the mama-baby yoga is amazing to learn to live with a whole new baby.
