I think that the combination of the yoga classes + the workshop (and of course an excellent medical staff) were responsible that I had an unforgettably beautiful childbirth experience, so if you are pregnant you won't regret to take them.
Not only this practice brings me a supreme joy and well-being, but it also fulfills my need for a deeper spiritual connection, as well as a whole mental universe into which I'me eager to dive each and every time.
I followed Clearlight's prenatal classes during both of my pregnancies and enjoyed very much the gentle movements and breathing exercises.

You really don't ''go hard'', but being someone who is typically active, I was surprised at how little movement it takes when you're pregnant to feel like you're challenging your body!
