I was in this studio for the first time this past weekend and was blown away, what a hidden gem.
I did not make it through the entire class, the instructor was not very captivating and had a bit of a strange vibe to him.

Doesn't matter if you are a beginner or experienced yogi, all are made to feel welcome and included.
My work schedule is a bit hectic at the moment so the online class option is great!
