Thank you, Heather, Paige, and team, for operating a studio with an excellent group of instructors (shout-out to Cheryl and Sabine among others) who are always ready to welcome everyone, guide you through class, answer any questions before and after your workout, and send you off feeling great (albeit exhausted, relaxed, invigorated - whatever the class effect has been).
No workout class challenges me & leaves me feeling as accomplished as this one does.
The instructor was Paige, and I just have to say that I've never had an instructor teach me how to properly do a move during a group class.
Makes you mentally sharper for the rest of your day.
Such an amazing sweat and my go to for mental and physical wellbeing.
IHP and Hells bells classes are awesome, I’ve seen lots of progress in a few months.

I have attended hot yoga studios in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Victoria, and even New York City - but The Hot Room at Studio be in Vernon is the BEST OF THE BEST.
