The Small group classes work really well with the helpful and attentive trainers and have a great atmosphere.
The workouts are great and you can schedule check ins to monitor progress.
I joined the Barbell base in March 2024 after recovering from a surgery and after not being very active for a long time.
I also enjoyed meeting all the other members, it’s a wonderful sense of community.

Great space in the 124 St Community with lots of equipment, small class sizes and dedicated instructors.
