Very friendly environment + coaches + people in attendance, super beginner friendly too (which is great bc I’ve been to places that just made me feel stupid for being there and that’s so intimidating to come back to)
A great place to begin your workout journey.
Unfortunately I can no longer go due to moving overseas, however I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get fit and have some guidance.
I have known sean for a few years now and he has always been VERY helpful especially when it comes to building my strength in areas that I have had injuries and regaining my flexibility.
I really like the instructor led format and Shawn helped adapt the workout for my first time back in a gym in awhile!
The trainers are very knowledgeable and can help with modifications due to injuries etc.

Love the atmosphere and they definitely know what they are doing.
Everyone is really friendly and supportive here, as someone who’s been away from gyms for many years now it was nice to have guidance and a really efficient structure.
