I was looking for a fun way to exercise, lifting weights and running became boring and not motivating for me. I decided that I wanted to start kickboxing. I came across Synergy Martial Arts when doing a Google Search. I signed up and was glad that I did! My first class was amazing, Mr. Kolakovic was there to greet me and welcome me to my first class. The warm up and exercises that we did during the class were challenging, and inspirational. I left my first class with a smile on my face and a new level of energy that I did not have before! The drive or bus to get to Synergy Martial Arts is worth it! Each class is different, the set of techniques that you learn and the manner that you learn them in keeps changing, which is one of the best parts!

Synergy Martial Arts is a family martial arts classes in Toronto who offers dynamic and fun classes for all ages covering Tae Kwando, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, fitness, and self defense.
My son looks forward to his classes and I have noticed a great improvement in my son's skills over the last year.
They are very patient and attentive of the needs and capabilities of each child.
