The boys played some sort of noodle game, ran relay races, had martial arts training, played basketball, took on the rock and rope wall, swung on the rope swings with disco lights and even more activities that I missed.
I would’ve definitely kept attending if I didn’t move away and unfortunately the energy I got in the other gym didn’t even come close to this place!
As an adult, I never thought I could do a lot of the things I do in there 😄 and how cool is it to train together with your kids and watch them train and progress

They not only help raise my kiddo but they helped to instil traits in him yo make him a responsible, kind, and caring young man and hopefully adult.
