Excellent staff, spacious gym, flexible schedule, and good people to work out with.
As I've moved around a lot I've visited many different gyms and come to learn that there are many gyms out there that do not operate at the same level of play.
They push you to be the best version of yourself.

All the trainers are awesome, you can learn lots of kickboxing and Muay Thai techniques even in the fitness class!
