The studio is amazing, spacious, and clean with excellent facilities (lockers, showers, towels) and offer a wide variety of classes: Ashtanga, Yin, Aerial, Barre, Spin, Hot yoga, Breathwork, South Bath, Pilates.
Beautiful wellness centre, much more than a gym with a wide array of different activities, classes and therapies.
The instructor was friendly and explained things in detail, but sometimes the echo made it hard to hear clearly since her voice wasn’t very loud.

It was a lovely experience to attend the meditation workshops with the amazing and most supportive team at Sea2Sky.
