The Slow Fascial Flow Practice is an amalgam of two things. Its first influence is Vijnana Yoga – a soft but strong interoceptive practice which emphasizes rooting, connection and sensing the body. Its second influence is the Tensegrity Repair Series which was developed by Gioia Irwin. It is a series of yoga-like movements which encourage joint health, range of motion and freedom from fascial adhesion. These two modalities are natural partners. This offering is free for everyBODY. No experience required.

We signed him up for their Resilient Kids Yoga Class this coming semester with his best friend which he's looking forward to starting next week.
The independent exploration they got to do is like nothing else we’ve ever tried.
I especially love the specialty classes with all sorts of diverse yoga teachers and energy workers offering healing practice workshops, ceremonies and other events.
Not only did Dawn provide us with free outdoor yoga classes through the hard time of Covid but she continues to bring innovative new ideas to healing for many.
The instructors have such passion and gratitude for yoga and this energy radiates through all their classes.
This was not your usual therapy, but instead a wonderful opportunity to explore our inner child with daily yoga, breathwork, games, hikes, and crafts.
This is a special studio that truly offers a community space and embodies the principles of Yoga.
RVN is truly the yoga studio of my dreams!
My kid also loves it, the moment she enters the studio she embraces herself and lets her curiosity lead the way (in a safe way of course).
My son did a week long camp with Dawn and her team this past week and he had an amazing time!
