This place is not pretentious and has many different training levels.

Very good, but unfortunately it closed down
Loved the sense of community at this gym!
The yoga , zumba , or whatever classes are still open but the gym is permanently closed
Good gym, does what it do.
The staff is nice and the owner Richard always available to answer our questions!
Perhaps the gym room could have better exercise machines, but the ones that exist are essential.
