I was a little afraid starting out that the exercises would be too strenuous, but the instructors are fantastic!
I give Bernadette 5 stars: One for knowledge; one for being able to instruct in a way that is truly helpful; one for the joy she brings to the session, making exercise fun; one for versatility, in that she is able to adapt the exercises to your needs and always makes it interesting; and one for love.
