I had an excellent experience working with coach Kyle in preparation for a Muay Thai fight both in a group and individual setting. He was extremely attentive, supportive and engaged during all of our sessions and helped really push me to the limit. Looking forward to continued training and work with Kyle!

Initially I intended to train with Jason back in 2021 but we hit another lockdown and ultimately I backed out because I had my doubts about getting another trainer I decided to give it a shot again several months back and im glad I did.
Carlisle assisted him with one on one training and nutrition advice, I was always impressed by his positive attitude, smile and punctuality.
I did partner training and although he was training 2 of us at the same time, it felt like he was giving us both the attention we needed during our workouts!
Kyle Thompson is the most technical and patient Muay Thai trainer that I have ever encountered.
He took the time to teach proper techniques, correct my bad habits, help build my self-confidence, and getting me into fighting shape and competition.
Anybody can have a general knowledge of fitness, but having a coach that believes in you and is passionate about training you makes a world of a difference.
Very technical, detail oriented and pushes you to your limits.
