Hi am mohammad an i go to northern karate schools i like going twice a day or a week and i got to but some of the sensis and masters like David, julie, Brendan and some friends i see on the friday classes, and i see some kids are black belts and alduts are which i like.
Super clean, gym smells wonderful, nice facilities, friendly welcoming family run business with excellent programs for everyone and top notch instruction.
Everyone is very welcoming, and people frequently stick around after class for some extra rolls, or to exchange tips for different techniques.
It’s not just about sports and physical movements, they teach kids life skills like focus, discipline, respect and many more.
