Going to MOVE has changed my life for the better. Jenni used to teach me dance as a child and she continues to inspire and motivate me with her amazing, unique teaching style. Although the impact and overall soreness on my body is minimal, I always get a kickass workout when I come here and it has definitely filled the void from not being able to train with weights.
MOVE is very inclusive and welcoming space, I have seen changes in my body since starting and I love coming to Pilates classes here.
There’s cubbies and coat hooks for your stuff, rotating flavours of tea and water available, hair ties and feminine products you can take, they thought of everything!
Jenni and her studio are a real gift to anyone who gets to experience it!!
She changes up the exercises and walks around to ensure you’re doing them correctly and safely.

Jenni is a gem, I did the baby and me barre and yoga classes and they were both so much fun and a good workout!
Great work out, fun ambiance Jenny has the knack to pull you in and she is funny, she is a "savage" in the best awesome possible positive way It is an awesome place and worth it for anyone overall health mental and physical.
