We are working with Worksafe BC to develop a safe reopening plan that will make the studios safe for both members, staff and teachers. Beautiful clean, quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
A friendly environment, great atmosphere, helpful and knowledgeable instructor and a well equipped facility
Hot Hatha class was close to full which makes it a great environment of positive energy.
Kristina was an amazing instructor especially for a special Christmas Eve class.
I think it is a very welcoming environment and it's a peaceful place for my wife and I to exercise.
Considering I fell asleep before the class even started, I'd give this place a very chill, relaxed, zen rating for sure!
Also at the end of class they give you a cool towel to put over your face which was a really nice touch !!!
